Mat classes are designed to provide a total body workout with particular focus on the core muscle groups of the abdominal & back. Regular attendance at these classes will help you increase body tone, strength & flexibility & contribute to your overall health & fitness. Our mat classes are available every day of the week & run for 45 minutes. There are only a maximum of 10 clients per instructor, which facilitates our renowned personal attention & care. Our instructors use a range of ‘props’ to enhance & challenge your workout & to ensure it provides interest, variety & motivation in achieving your desired results. Props include Magic Circles, Thera-Bands, hand & ankle weights, gym balls & foam rollers. We also use appropriate mats, towels & pillows to ensure your workout is safe, comfortable & the most effective for your body
